The U.S. Trustee announced new operating reports for Chapter 11 non-small business debtors effective June 21, 2021.  

Events for filing these reports are now available in the Kansas Bankruptcy CM/ECF system.  The report forms and instructions for filing are available on the U.S. Trustee website. 

The U.S. Trustee recommends reviewing the Guide for Opening the MOR/PCR Forms first.
