On July 1, 2025, the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas issued an Order Governing Case Management of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Cases (Standing Order 25-1).  This order extends for two years the same rules that applied under Standing Order 24-2 governing the divisional office where Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases may be filed.  A copy of the order is available HERE.
