In Standing Order 21-3, the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas adopted a venue rule governing where certain Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases must be filed.  On October 4, 2022, the Court issued Standing Order 22-1 to extend that venue rule through December 31, 2023.  See the order on the court’s website for details.
