Minor revisions were made to the amended Chapter 13 Plan on November 16, 2017.  See Second Amended Standing Order 17-1 (with Plan attached) for details. 
 
U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas has elected to revise its form Chapter 13 Plan, instead of adopting the national form plan, as allowed by Fed. R. Bankr. P. 3015 (effective December 1, 2017).  The Court welcomes the use of the revised local form Plan now, and mandates its use in all Chapter 13 cases filed on or after December 1, 2017.
