Effective March 17, 2023, the new Local Bankruptcy Rules (LBRs) are now available online. Since the Court is no longer printing hard copy booklets of the District and Bankruptcy Court rules, we reformatted the LBRs and local forms to make it easy for attorneys and others to print their own hard copy on 8.5 x 11 inch paper. A summary of the changes is also available. You will find instructions for how to add new parties to the matrix (as required by LBR 1009.1(d)) described here.
