NextGen CM/ECF is installed and operating in Kansas Bankruptcy Court.  KSBFastFile is available.

Pointers for filing in NextGen: 

Use your PACER username and password to log into CM/ECF at https://ecf.ksb.uscourts.gov

If you have a KSB CM/ECF account, you must link that to your PACER account before you can file in NextGen CM/ECF. 

If you log in to KSB CM/ECF and don't see all of your filing options, try clearing your cache, cookies or browser history. 

Note:

The AutoAssign process for assigning Judges or Trustees to a case takes a bit longer than in the old CM/ECF system. It is working. 

Electronic fee payments are now processed through PACER.  The payment process runs a little slower on your screen.  We appreciate your patience.
