Local Bankruptcy Rules effective March 17, 2018 will be published in hard copy this year (combined with Rules of Practice and Procedure of the District Court).  Copies will be provided to attorneys and will be available at the Clerk's Office. The updated Rules are also available at Local Rules & Orders. 
 
Changes to Local Bankruptcy Rules include updates and edits to:  the Preface to the Local Rules,  1007.1,  2002.2,  2014.1,  3002.1.1,  3015(b).2,  4002.3(a)(1),  5005.1,  9006.1.  New Standing Orders include 17-1,  17-2,  18-1.
