The Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas invites you to apply to serve on the Bankruptcy Bench Bar Committee.  There are two upcoming vacancies for actively practicing members of the bankruptcy bar, beginning July 1, 2020.  Attorneys serve three year terms. 

The Bankruptcy Bench Bar Committee provides an opportunity for attorneys to share valuable recommendations and feedback to the court on bankruptcy rules, procedures, and practice.  The work is interesting and rewarding and takes surprisingly little time.
