Judge Herren’s Updated Forms and Remote Attendance Platform for Hearings Changing

Judge Herren has adopted revised forms to be used for a Final Pretrial Order, Hearing Scheduling Order, and Report of Parties’ Planning Conference. For proceedings with Judge Herren, please use his current forms linked under “Judge-specific Guidelines and Forms” on the Court’s website. 

Effective March 23, 2026, Judge Herren is switching from Zoom to Cisco WebEx computer or telephone dial-in. Joining by computer instead of by phone often provides a better audio experience and is encouraged. For any hearings to occur on or after March 23, 2026, for which remote attendance is authorized, please use the following:
