Beginning May 6, 2026, Judge Berger began holding a monthly Expedited Miscellaneous hearing docket to hear certain types of time-sensitive matters.   Please note that the Expedited Miscellaneous Hearing dockets:

               Are governed by Fed. R. Bankr. P. 9006(d), which contains the general rules governing deadlines to serve a
               motion and a response;

               Are held via Webex;

               Are generally scheduled for the first Wednesday of every month at 1:30 PM; and

               Provide a forum for Judge Berger to expeditiously handle certain relatively simple, time-sensitive matters.
