The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Kansas gives notice of proposed changes to the Local Bankruptcy Rules ("LBRs") that will become effective March 17, 2018, unless comments are received that precipitate further review.  Interested persons, whether or not members of the bar, are invited to submit comments addressed to the Clerk of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court at the address provided in the attached notice.  All comments must be in writing and must be received no later than January 8, 2018, to receive consideration by the Court.
