Judge Herren is moving the 8/3/2023 dockets for Chapter 7 Motions, Chapter 11/12 Motions, Ch 13 Motions and Ch 13 Confirmation Hearings to 8/15/2023. We will be entering text orders today for those cases currently scheduled for hearing on 8/3/2023.  There will not be a second Stay Relief / Chapter 13 Motions Docket in July or August.The cases set for evidentiary hearing on 8/15/2023 will be continued to 8/22/2023 and Amended Hearing Scheduling Orders will be issued.
