This appeal is from a bankruptcy court order granting a motion by Kondaur Capital Corp. (“Kondaur”) for relief from stay, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(d),2 and allowing it to continue to litigate a foreclosure action in state court concerning real property (the “Property”) partially owned by debtor George Castro.
