Judge Karlin suggested language on 521(f) orders

Judge Karlin conducted a hearing on March 11, 2015 dealing with a creditor's request in several cases for tax and financial information pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 521. The matters were continued to March 27, but Judge Karlin indicated that if any parties desired to submit agreed orders prior to that date, she wanted to be sure that any orders contained language safeguarding debtors' privacy rights in tax information. To that end, she is posting draft language she recommends parties consider. The draft addresses all three sets of tax and financial information requested just to provide a template, but Judge Karlin acknowledges that in many cases some of the language may not apply and would be deleted.
