JOINT ADMINISTRATION ORDER
Brooke Corporation (Case Number: 08-22786), Brooke Capital (Case Number: 08-22789), and Brooke Investments (Case Number: 08-22879) will be jointly administered. All entries will be made in Lead Case Number: 08-22786.
These cases converted from Chapter 11 to Chapter 7 on June 29, 2009. Until further notice, hearings will continue to be scheduled for Judge Somers' Chapter 11 Docket.

TELEPHONIC APPEARANCES
The Court has decided to use Tele-Court to establish telephonic appearances for the Brooke cases. There is a $10 fee per appearance plus 25 cents per minute. Our court has negotiated a per minute price reduction if the hearing lasts longer than two hours. Due to the capabilities of this conferencing system, contacting the court for permission to appear telephonically at any of the Brooke hearings is no longer required.
