TELEPHONIC APPEARANCES
The Court has decided to use Tele-Court to establish telephonic appearances for the Crescent Oil cases. There is a $10 fee per appearance plus 25 cents per minute. Our court has negotiated a per minute price reduction if the hearing lasts longer than two hours. Due to the capabilities of this conferencing system, contacting the court for permission to appear telephonically at any of the Crescent Oil hearings is not required.
