Pop Up Blockers hindering fee payments from appearing - the fee payment screen is presented to the user via a pop-up screen, therefore, blockers must be disabled (at least temporarily).

The following instructions are for use with the Netscape 7.1. Popup windows must be enabled in your browser to allow for fee payments to be made where applicable.  From within Netscape 7.1, choose EDIT, PREFERENCES, PRIVACY & SECURITY

From the PRIVACY & SECURITY choose Popup Windows

Uncheck the box for "Block Unrequested Popup Windows"
