Chapter 13 Trustee Notice of Plan Approaching Completion    Modified 11/04/2008

 

OVERVIEW

 

This event would be entered by the Chapter 13 Trustee approximately six months prior to plan completion.  The Trustee is asked whether a Financial Management Certificate has been filed.  If no FMC has been filed, the event generates a Notice to debtor and debtor counsel.  If an FMC has been filed the event will be a text only entry.  

 

 

PROCEDURE

 

        1. Select Bankruptcy

        2. Select Trustee/US Trustee

        3. Enter case number and click Next

        4. Verify correct case number and caption

        5. Select Chapter 13 Trustee Notice of Plan Approaching Completion

          • The Party Attorney Association screen may display.  Indicate the party you represent.

        1. Has a Financial Management Certificate been filed for all debtors in this case (y/n)? Enter appropriate answer and click Next.

        1. Modify docket text as appropriate
