Chapter 13 Plan Completion    Modified 11/04/2008

 

OVERVIEW

 

This event will be entered by the Chapter 13 Trustee upon plan completion.  The event generates a Notice to debtor and debtor counsel which direct them to file the Certificate of Compliance and Motion for Entry of Discharge within 30 days.  The Chapter 13 Trustees will monitor the 30 day deadline and file the appropriate motion  if no Certificate is filed.

 

 

PROCEDURE

 

        1. Select Bankruptcy

        2. Select Trustee/US Trustee

        3. Enter case number and click Next

        4. Verify correct case number and caption

        5. Select Chapter 13 Plan Completion

          • The Party Attorney Association screen may display.  Indicate the party you represent.

        1. Browse, verify and attach the Notice (pdf file)  

          • Attach supporting documents, if applicable.

        1. Modify docket text as appropriate

 

WARNING: Verify filing entry information is correct before submitting the Final Docket Text.

 

        1. Save the Notice of Electronic Filing.
