Notice of Appearance and Request for Notice     Modified 05/04/2005

 

OVERVIEW

 

An attorney appearing for a party in a case under shall file a notice of appearance with the attorney's name, office address and telephone number, unless the attorney's appearance is otherwise noted in the record.

 

PROCEDURE

 

        1. Click Bankruptcy

        2. Click Other

        3. Enter Case Number

        4. Select Notice of Appearance and Request for Notice

        5. Select any additional attorneys (If no attorneys are involved, you may bypass this screen by clicking Next and then OK in the dialog box.)

        6. Add/Create Party (e.g., Zone Credit c/o The Smith Law Firm)

        7. Browse, verify and attach the Notice of Appearance (pdf file)  

          • Attach supporting documents, if applicable.

        8. Modify docket text as appropriate

 

WARNING: Verify filing entry information is correct before submitting the Final Docket Text.

 

        1. Save the Notice of Electronic Filing.
