Judge/Trustee Assignment     02/28/2004

 

OVERVIEW

 

ECF allows the user to automatically assign a judge and trustee to each case. It is suggested that all cases are opened and then run the Judge/Trustee Assignment. The possibility of the same 341 meeting and trustee are greater.

 

PROCEDURE

 

        1. Select Bankruptcy.

        2. Select  Judge/Trustee Assignment.

        3. Note the assignments.

        4. Continue with Chapter 13 Plan procedure if appropriate

 

NOTE:  Chapter 11's are not assigned the 341 meeting nor trustee.
